An opinion piece written by the Director of the International Observatory on Language Rights, Professor Érik Labelle Eastaugh, was published in the Telegraph Journal today, supporting the declaration of the unconstitutionality of the appointment of a unilingual person to the position of Lieutenant-Governor of New Brunswick.
