The Language Rights Blog is the place to go for your thoughts on language rights. Its purpose is to allow people to express themselves quickly on a current topic or to express themselves in a slightly freer form on a point of law that interests them. Those who wish to contribute can send their text to info@droitslinguistiques.ca. Texts will be carefully read before publication to ensure that they meet our editorial standards.

Language rights are of interest to a large number of researchers, research centers and study institutes in Canada and elsewhere. This interest is no doubt due to the large number of countries with linguistic minorities. In order to promote ongoing and collaborative research, the Observatory has established a network of researchers on language rights to bring together researchers from around the world in one place.

We hereby wish to thank the Supreme Court Law Review (LexisNexis Canada), Revue générale de droit, the Revue juridique Thémis, and the Revue de la common law en français for granting us permission to reproduce the language rights related articles that were published in their review. Their collaboration played a key role in the success of the interactive bibliography.
