Language Law Review

The Language Law Review has been published since 2014 by the International Observatory on Language Rights. The articles are peer-reviewed and published in a digital format only on our Website as well as partner's Website. The articles will be published as soon as they will have been approved and formatted. At the end of the year, we will wrap up the "volume". Therefore, the reference will be similar to any other printed law review: Name, "title" (2014) 1 RDL 38.

It is the Observatory's desire that the Review is offered free of charge so that jurists, researchers, professors, and the public at large have an easy access to it. Furthermore, it was in harmony with our mission and our raison d'être. The Observatory's mission is "To develop, support and promote language rights training and research in programs offered by the Faculty of Law of the Université de Moncton, as well as at provincial, national and international levels." Therefore, it is the Language Law Review's mission to promote publications of academic text which will contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of language law, and to grant free access to everyone.

The Observatory's director is the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. He is joined by an advisory board of experts in the field of language law from almost the four corners of the world.
