| [18] Le 10 août 2016 et dans le cadre de la présente instance (MM-85-2016) cette Cour accorda aux Requérants que leur Requête, déposée le 6 juillet 2016, soit immédiatement modifiée en procédure par Action, autorisant ainsi les Requérants à plaider des recours fondés sur la Charte Canadienne des droits et libertés. | [18] On August 10, 2016, and as part of these proceedings (MM-85-2016), this Court allowed the Applicants to convert their Application, filed on July 6, 2016, immediately into a procedure by Action, thereby authorizing the Applicants to argue for remedies based on the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. |
