Disclaimer of liability
The Language Law Review of the International Observatory on Language Rights wants to promote public access to various academic articles on language rights. Furthermore, the Observatory wishes that its Website becomes a tool for research and for gathering information on provincial, national, and international language rights, and to that end, the Language Law Review, which is freely accessible in a digital format plays a key role.
The opinions found in these articles are those of their authors, and by no means does the Language Law Review accept responsibility for it. The Review tries to eliminate through a peer review process of the articles any vexatious, defamatory or comments of any kind that could be harmful to somebody. However, the academic nature of the Language Law Review must allow for a critical point of view of the authors. Therefore, authors accept entirely any liability that may arise due to the content of their article, and the Language Law Review declines all liability due to the content of the published texts.
Therefore, the International Observatory on Language Rights will not be held liable for any act of negligence on its part that would lead to defamatory comment or of any other kind.
It should also be noted that the content of this Website and its Review is for a personal and educational purpose and not a commercial one.
